Instructions were unclear but besides that its been really helpful. I don't have to strain my voice anymore for work. Its easy to use besides the Bluetooth set up. It has a good battery life.

Professional operating speakerphone
Worth the cost. It was used on a 15 acre property and it was loud enough to be heard clearly. It never had a battery issue or functional complication. It also had a siren that would get attention when needed

Damaged. Cheap parts. Poorly made.
First, the amazon box this product came in arrieved in good condition, but inside was the product's box... which had been crushed. Frusterating that somebody look at that cushed box and said, "This will do for our full-paying customer." NOT only was it crushed, it was torn open, and then taped back up. It was also obvious this product has been opened in the past. I do not want somebody's discarded returned trash!!! Was not impressed with the plastic material of the product for the money. Horn was scuffed by whatever had crushed and penitrated the box. This item should never have been sent out to a paying customer. If it arrived in perfect condition, I still would have sent it back. Very cheaply made for the price. This is a $15 product--at most!

But Cheap - Get Cheap
I was trying to hit the mid range of expense, and glad I did not buy cheaper than this.I do not know if another brand in this price range would be better or not._____________Now, this works. It did what it’s designed to do. However, the mic does not latch to the unit, it must be used with two hands.Also, the unit I was shipped has one of the mic buttons jammed in and I’m afraid of breaking it trying dislodge it. Because this is one of the record / playback buttons; this renders this functionally of the unit inoperable.If you can deal with using with two hands and get a fully functional unit, this isn’t bad for a cheap unit. For me, I’m going to try another brand before I step up to pay twice this cost to get a better product.
