You should easily be able to fit a modern CPAP.

It could probably fit 200-300lb

The bag itself is not waterproof, as for keeping out bugs. As long as it is well kept and stored in a clean place than yes as most bugs can eat through most fabric if it kept in a place long enough. I.e. a storage unit or basement im sure bugs will find a way in. I keep my in my vehicle and take it on hikes and haven't had any issue with bugs getting in... hope that help.

Q: Will it be too big/ heavy for a 155cm tall? I am a district nurse.

Straps are adjustable but I would recommend going to a camping store or any place that sells backpack and look for a similar style to test out if it will be comfortable for you.
