However based on his video https://www.drberg.com/blog/raw-wheat-grass-juice-powder (@ time 2:50) Dr. Berg states that one teaspoon of the powder is approx. equivalent to an 18 x 24 inch tray of wheatgrass. According to https://hippocratesinst.org/wheatgrass-and-sprout-yields , a 10x20 inch tray will give you about 18oz of juice. Because of this, I approximate the 18x24 inch tray will produce about 19oz of juice. This website http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/custom/900675/2 states that 1 ounce of wheatgrass juice has 31.2mg of Magnesium. So 31.2mg * 19 = to about 592.8mg of Magnesium. Disclaimer: the data from these websites might be wrong and my math skills are not that great. However, look over them yourself and hope you find your answer.
