To get a longer life on the battery run it all the way down till it dies wait a minute and start the headset backup till it dies again then charge it overnight or 3 hrs which ever you want you will find out the battery will last longer if you charge it when not completely drained it will get a memory and you will only be getting 50 % of the use of it

Yes it works.fine with andriod phones. I have tested it with a MAC,PC, Andriod phone and an apple Phone. All works fine
