They are swim diapers, they do as expected.
They are swim diapers. They fit fine.FYI to new parents: swim diapers are not supposed to contain pee. Mostly for poop. That being said, please remember to change your child into a regular diaper if spending any significant time outside of pool. We also want to prevent diaper rash, so keep that baby bum dry!Have fun 🤩 and be gentle. Never throw young child into a pool. Always be slow and gradual and make it feel safe.

Ready to swim!
After reading lots of reviews, I decided to try these diapers for my toddler. She normally fits size 5 diapers, but I read that these tend to run big since they are less bulky. So I purchased size 4 and they fit perfectly!Since they are swim diapers, they don’t absorb liquid. But they have elasticated legs that keep poop from escaping. I also love how easy they are to put on and take off. The adjustable velcro strips on each side are really a game changer.

Swim Diapers
Bought these for my little one to use for swim lessons. We never had an issue, but they seem to work okay! Fit appropriately and similar to regular diapers. The confusing part is that the secure a little differently than regular diapers so I caught myself putting it on backwards the first time! Nice because these do not absorb water so they don't weigh baby down!

Finally, a pool day without the panic.
If you're parenting a toddler, you already know: the pool is not just a place for fun—it’s a place where you're constantly calculating risk. Before I found Huggies Little Swimmers, every swim outing came with a side of please-don’t-have-an-accident-right-now anxiety. These swim diapers changed that completely. They fit my 30+ lb kid perfectly, hold everything they’re supposed to, and don’t balloon up like regular diapers do the second they hit the water. I’m not sure what wizardry is at work here, but I’m thankful for it.I love that I’m not constantly nagging my child to use the bathroom before getting in the water—these actually give us both a little peace. And the fact that I don’t have to toss a swimsuit or apologize to a lifeguard? Even better.Honestly, I throw a few in the beach bag and feel like I’ve got a plan. They’re comfortable, disposable, and have never let us down.Total game-changer. Thank you, Huggies. You’ve earned your spot on my summer survival essentials list.

Only diaper I buy for swimming
These have worked fantastic for both my kids. My son is a 4T and wears a size 5 diaper so the 5-6 fits perfectly. It holds up well and will actually hold poop pretty well even in the water 🤦🏻♀️.

Gets bigger when wet! SIZE DOWN! 🏊🏼♂️
Sorry for the long review!! I had a hard time figuring out what size to order, so I hope this helps someone.....In short: these are great swim diapers that work better when they fit snugly. The style is very similar to Pampers 360s; the sides are the same and rip easily at the seams when you need to remove them, but they’re a little more fitted and not as tall in the waistband. They have the same coverage as 360s in the back. I had no idea what size to order, since my kiddo normally wears a larger size than the suggested weight guides on the box.For size reference: he’s almost 2, about 29 lbs & wears 3T clothing. In diapers, he wears size 6 Pampers 360s, and size 7 Huggies Little Movers. First I ordered Large, and after a week of wearing those, we sized down and ordered Medium.Size Large fits exactly how I like his regulars diapers to fit, but in water they get really water-logged and start slipping down too much (hello, baby plumber butt 🍑). It’s better when a swim diaper fits snugly, so the Mediums are perfect. They aren’t too tight in the leg openings and don’t leave any red marks...Compared to Huggies Little Swimmers, these are way softer and don’t have scratchy velcro sides. I think these are much easier to pull up, especially when your little one is wet or has sunscreen on. Huggies look more like pull-ups and these fit more like a slip-on diaper.I’m happy to report these work perfectly and don’t fall apart, even after wearing one for 2+ hours in the pool. If you’re unsure what size to get, SIZE DOWN from what you think you need. They stretch a lot, but if they’re too big you’ll be squeezing buckets full of water (or pee) out of them. Not the BEST diaper to use for regular wear or when dry. They don’t absorb urine, so it just collects & pours out. Haven’t had any #2 accidents in the water yet, but i don’t expect to see any escapees.I highly recommend them!*MOM HACK: Since these aren’t great for holding pee when dry, I found a great solution when you have to drive to a pool or beach. Simply put a regular diaper on first, but don’t tape it shut. Layer one of these over it. Dress as usual. When you get to the water, simply pull the regular diaper out! Voila!! Otherwise, if you putting this on or a 20 min car ride by itself, you’ll have a VERY wet car seat.Hope this helps! Happy swimmin’! 💦
