Q: Is it necessary to use either the blue or pink stick along with this one or is this stick able to be used by itself?

No. You can use this one all by itself. I usually use this one to re hydrate my under eye throughout my day . It works great over tinted moisturizer, foundation or powder. The pink and blue tend to have a tint to them so they are used best before you apply makeup or maybe just as an under eye w a natural face for the day. Hope that helps you out?!

Q: Does this make eyeliners spread under the eye area? I have very oily skin.

My skin is combination and I haven’t had that problem. Just put some loose powder afterwards if you don’t want your eyeliner to smudge.
