PENDLETON Brave Star Blanket Red/White/Blue, One Size

Yes it's wool but you sure wouldn't know it from how soft it feels. I use this blanket mainly as a throw on the couch. It's nice keeping warm while not being subject to moisture. It's one of the advantages to wool, hydrophobic with the ability to pass moisture through. I would definitely buy this blanket again.

I purchased as a present and was told it was the nicest blanket that they have ever received. Made in USA locally. Can't go wrong with this one. I shalbe ordering more Lord Willing. Thanks.

I've wanted this particular blanket for a LONG time. Years. I have loved the Native/Americana look and this is a dream statement piece to hang on my blanket ladder. I've wanted a Pendleton blanket for over 30 years. I finally bit the leather and bought 2. They are beautiful, very substantial (that's why I gave it 1 star on the "Light weight" catagory) and I'll probably never need to use them since our Austin, TX winter has grown so wimpy. But I don't regret the purchase. If I won the lottery I'd buy at least 10 more.

This is so gorgeous and well made. I have waited years to buy one and I am not disappointed one bit. This was well worth the wait.

Love this blanket. My young grandson is a Marine and getting married, this is his gift. Disappointed in the shape the Pendleton box is in, even though it was in a larger box. It needs tape all around in order to gift the blanket in the box. Looks used and abused. Not very impressive, considering the cost of the blanket. Particularly to be able to store the blanket in the box as he moves through life. The blanket is a beauty though. Considering the cost of the blanket and the sentiment, more respect needs attended to the packaging.

This is my first Pendleton blanket and I LOVE it. I can tell it's very high quality and will last a long time. It's on our couch and gets used every evening; I've had it for a month and there is no piling. At first I thought the fabric was a little scratchy, but now I don't even notice it.

This blanket is beautiful but material felt a little too stiff & rough for what I wanted to use it for, so I returned this.
