Hello, I can't give you information on Opti Fast but I can tell you about the HMR 800. The HMR 800 Shake is extra thick and rich. It is the highest in protein of all of the HMR shakes. It has 16 grams of protein. The HMR Chocolate has 160 calories and the HMR Vanilla has 170 calories. The HMR 800 shake is a super-filling meal replacement. Thanks Debbie HMR

Yes I order of vanilla and 1 order of chocolate and I found the vanilla much more palatable.
