Awesome!
I’ve only ever used a structured carrier or the traditional moby wrap. This sling is so amazing! Once you get the hang of it, it’s easy and quick to load and unload baby. I felt so secure and confident walking through crowds with my baby in this and she was so comfy. If Doubled as a way to strap her to me on a flight and was great as a nursing cover. I can’t say enough good things. Also, my hubby is over 6 ft tall and a husky guy and he was able to carry baby no problem!!!

You could wash it often but you don’t have to unless it gets dirty for whatever reason
This material is thick but my baby loves it. I will use it Everytime I’m going to be outdoors or when I’m walking a lot and he falls right to sleep in it Everytime. It is a little hard to adjust due to the fabric being thicker, however, once you have it adjusted there’s no need to readjust it until baby grows or when it’s washed. You don’t have to wash it often. You could wash it often but you don’t have to unless it gets dirty for whatever reason. It’s a ring sling, so just take it off and hang it up. It does feel a little rough, but it’s not uncomfortable rough my child falls asleep in it Everytime. If you want something that is softer checkout “ Wildbird” but the slings are at least $100. They do have different cottons but they’re way more expensive and the quality is the same as this one. I thought about getting a Wildbird sling for summer and spring just because it’s hotter and you would want something more breathable but I do love this one.

Would recommend depending on what you are looking for...
Let me begin by saying, I have been baby wearing for the past 4 years. I currently have several woven wraps and ring slings and have had many more pass through before the ones I currently own. These are my impressions of this rings sling. I think this would make a good sling for a gift, an inexpensive sling for someone wanting to try a ring sling or wanting multiple slings, or a great extra sling to keep in the car. I would not call this thick or heavy. I would classify it as medium-thin. The weave is textured and a bit open which makes it breathable and would be a good summer or year around sling but will be slightly pull prone. This could be an infant to toddler sling depending on the size/weight of your toddler. I have a solid, 30 lb., almost 2 yr. old boy and would pick one of my wrap conversion slings that is heavier and more densely woven for carrying him. Due to the textured weave of the fabric, this sling does not feel smooth to the touch like a bamboo or tencel blend sling or a smoothly woven cotton sling. It is still pliable and pulls well through the rings and then stays put. This is helpful if your baby is a bit heavier/bigger. Since it is cotton, it would be a great whatever sling that you can wash easily. Just as a side note, there is a rather big instruction/warning label sewing on the tail of the sling and a label in the shoulder seam. Neither show when worn. Depending on your needs and budget, I would recommend this sling.

Easiest Ring sling I've ever used..
We love our Moby ring sling. I originally purchased it because of the lightweight material. I owned a variety of ring slings with my first baby and was never really great with getting a good deep seat. I could do it great one time and then the next, it was terrible. Most of those ring slings were linen material and even broken-in slings were hard to get a good seat with a tiny baby. For our second baby, I decided to try a ring sling again but had since sold all of the others. I opted for this based on price and material for the warm weather here in Phx. I absolutely love this sling! The blush pink is a very light pink and I get the best seat in this sling vs others. I even decided to purchase the Moby Disney ring sling as well to match my dress for a wedding we are attending. Highly recommend! Also, a tip for any first-timers, once the sling is threaded, put the rings up to your shoulder. When you go to put the baby in and tighten it, the rings will naturally fall. If you start with the rings too low, you won't get a good seat.

Not for everyone
I imagine this type of carrier would be better fit for people who have a little more heft to them, but as someone who is very “skin and bones” it was very uncomfortable. My baby loves being worn in a normal hard carrier and the soft wraps when she was smaller so I thought it would be helpful as she got older, but it’s more of a hassle to put on than I hoped and I couldn’t get it to sit right on my bones even if she seemed comfortable.

Love the moby sling
I was a little skeptical about purchasing this sling based on the negative reviews. Other reviewers stated that the material was too thick and impossible to work with/too warm but I think this wrap is quite wonderful. I was a sling novice and was able to figure this out in just a few minutes and wore my 3 week old baby in it on an outing the very next day. The material is pretty thick but I had no issues adjusting the sling, I just won't be using this sling for really hot days and will be using a thinner (much more expensive) sling that I purchased at the same time on those days. I did however use this sling in Southern California in mid August and had no issues with myself or my baby feeling over heated. For the price I think this sling is a great option!

Good item. Baby enjoys.
Easy to put on, but there is too much extra fabric and it is very thick. Still love it though. Just could use some tweaks. I borrowed one from a friend in a different brand but couldn't find. Still works well, my baby prefers sitting in this as opposed to a regular carrier. Would not recommend before baby can hold their head up. Cradle position is not comfortable. Also if baby falls asleep, you have to use your arms to hold them which defeats the purpose of having a carrier.

Doesn’t adjust properly, not safe for baby
The fabric is thick and feels like burlap. The rings are way too small for the type of fabric, so it’s very hard to adjust properly. I couldn’t get the sling adjusted so that my baby was safely sitting inside of it. Also, there is just an excessive amount of fabric, which also makes it unsafe. I will be returning this item.
