Q: If mixed with chocolate ganache, will it make the ganache too runny for truffles?

It’s like a shampoo consistency. Slightly more runny than jam or jelly. Thicker than grenadine for sure. Thicker than the monin syrups. Same consistency as the real coconut mix. I think it would work
