Q: what es the due date for the NIST certificate?

I believe to maintain an NIST Certification, the instrument must be calibrated once a year.

Q: Which model is more accurate in testing milivolts....the 115 or the 117? Are these calibrated by the same machine as the 117? I want best accuracy.

As I have not used the 115 I am not able to answer this question.

Q: Is this model used for electronic/PC testing?

This is meant more for electrical/HVAC work than for electronics. Like probably any other multimeter, though, it'll measure volts and ohms. You might take a look at the Fluke 17b+ and/or the Fluke 101 as more typical choices for electronics work, but it depends on the details of what kind of measurements you need to make.

Q: Does the calibration certificate come with the data from the meter or does it just say it is calibrated?

The certificate that we provide at Industrial Instrument Works, Inc has the data from that meter itself.
