Q: Anyone else have the problem where it releases all the pressure instead of resealing?

Reseating is not an issue for me, but setting a reasonably accurate and consistent pressure is a problem. The release pressure varies significantly (when used as a pressure relief valve for tyre inflation).

Q: Anyone had issues where it vents no matter what the pressure is set at? I'm testing it for a spunding valve with an inlet pressure of 15psi

I just got one to to make a spunding valve for beer. Mine leaks a little at all pressures. I connected to a keg and my gauge was reading 15 PSI. It gradually lost pressure. Gas coming out the small holes. I suspect I will have to return this one and hope the next one works.

Q: How does this work in the 2-4 PSI range?

Not great I think you better off getting something with narrower range device like 0-10 psi

Q: Is the reseat pressure adjustable on this as well, I'm needing it to crack at 100psi and reseat at 85-90psi, No lower. other don't reseat till 60psi

The reseat is not adjustable. It will reseat on its on around those pressures but it is not a controllable parameter.
