Q: Will this adhere to cement?

Yes it will, very well. I used some to attach sheet steel to fire brick to create a damper of sorts for a gas fireplace log set. That was 5 years ago and it's still working. Greg

Q: Can this be cast in a commercial mold?

Yes you can. I've used Allumilite Quick Set to make molds of my sculpts. Worked great!

Q: Will this adhere to bare metal or primer painted metal best?

Bare metal. When you glue to paint, the result is only as strong as the paint.
