Update - The light reviewed below failed after 15 months. It had worked very effectively, until the LEDs all failed just 10 minutes after they had been working. After checking the problem wasn't with contacts and other electrics, I have got another one, hoping this time it will last rather longer. Fitting the new one was straight-forward, and the settings were quickly sorted. The PIR triggers at 10 metres+. The light is bright, and readily covers the area I want. Here's hoping it lasts longer than the previous one (which at least lasted 3 months longer than its predecessor). Security lights need to be robust.My previous security light (a Meikee) failed suddenly after only 12 months of working well,. So, for a replacement I opted for the UDIYO. It was fairly easy to fit, as I had put in a junction box at the time of installing the previous light. The PIR sensor is very effective, with more range than the Meikee. The night time setting works from twilight. I needed to tweak the timer setting to a couple of times to get the lighting period I wanted, as there is no scale on the adjustment (just a + and -.. The light is clear white, and has an excellent spread of illumination. Here's hoping that it proves to be more reliable than the Meikee.

Easy enough to install, seems to be working well. Good value for money, will see how long it lasts!

We are suitably impressed with this light, bought to replace one which obviously succumbed to this winter's harsh weather. It has a thinner black frame surround than other models of light which makes it look less blocky and industrial than others I looked at.It was easy for my husband to replace our existing broken sensor light with this, and the cable is a decent practical length for doing so. The bracket is well designed and stable.The light seems really robust and well manufactured without looking too out of place on our whitewashed house.The light is really pretty bright for being 50w, and it's perfect for the driveway and garden with a good wide beam angle across the area. It wasn't difficult to adjust the sensors so they don't trigger from outside our property, and we are pleased with the angle/range of the sensor. The light also has a timer so it can be adjusted to stay on for the required amount of time. Overall, this is good quality and as described.

I bought one of these as a replacement for an old-style floodlight that had rusted shut. This is much lighter, quite a bit bigger, a lot thinner and massively brighter. I had to angle it to almost horizontal to stop annoying my neighbours but it still lights the intended area properly.

Brilliant light off this led...I had 250 watt halogen flood light and this led is by far brighter by at least 3 or 4 time's brighter. A very bright white light...So I have ordered another one to replace a halogen flood light that is a candle light against this led floodlight.. Delighted with it... Today ...four month later, I've ordered another one for my back yard as the two I purchased were just brilliant and I needed another one . Massive light for 100 watt and cheap to run.
