Great dispenser holds charge for a long time, and has two year warranty!
LOVE this dispenser! Originally bought it in November 2023, and it worked wonderfully until just recently when it stopped working, this is March 2025. This dispenser only had to be charged once every couple of months, which I loved! My husband and son also love it because it’s so convenient and as it doesn’t take up a lot of space on the counter. When it stopped working, I reached out to the manufacturer and they responded right away through email, they made some suggestions to try using the little bottle that came with it to clear the little hose that runs up through the dispenser, which I did, but unfortunately it didn’t work. So even though it has been a year and a half, they replaced the dispenser! Turns out this has a two year warranty!Seller was very responsive and helpful and I received a new dispenser within days of letting them know about my problem. Now I have it on my calendar to once a month blow air through the little hose through the small plastic bottle they include and I’m hoping this will last many many many years to come!!! It’s hard to find such a responsive seller who stands behind their product like this one does!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Restored My Faith in Automatic Soap Dispensers
Short version: Great foaming soap dispenser! Works much better than others I've owned!Long version:I love the concept of an automatic soap dispenser. Usually I need soap when my hands are covered with something that I'd rather not have contaminate the soap dispenser, particularly when in the kitchen. But finding the right soap dispenser has been difficult for me for a couple of reasons. 1) I prefer foaming hand soap and most auto dispensers don't do foaming, and 2) my history with automatic soap dispensers. Most recently I had purchased two auto foaming soap dispensers from a different company because I recognized the company's name which I won't say here, but I can tell you that they also make faucets. These dispensers suffered from some critical design flaws: the battery compartment was at the bottom of the dispenser assuring that it would get wet, you couldn't replace the batteries without removing all of the soap, and when you refilled it if you spilt even a drop of soap it would run down the side and into the battery compartment. So frustrating! I was ready to swear off auto soap dispensers as too much of a hassle and go back to the disposable plastic dispensers despite the cost and the waste. But then I came across this Secura Foaming Soap Dispenser. I didn't recognize the company name which is often a red flag on Amazon that you're going to get a cheap product. Yet the reviews were very positive so I decided to take one more chance on an automatic soap dispenser and purchase this item.Boom! To my pleasant surprise this soap dispenser works great! All of the design flaws that I mentioned from previous dispensers have been remedied on this design:- The soap reservoir is at the bottom of the device, below the battery. No need to worry about soap running into the battery compartment. Better yet, the reservoir is removeable so you can fill (and mix) the soap far away from the electronic parts of this device.- You don't have to worry about changing the batteries because the battery is rechargeable and not removeable. The micro USB port is on the back of the unit and located as far away as the nozzle and the soap reservoir as possible. The liquid soap I'm using is Softsoap Advanced Clean Hand Soap. It's not foaming soap, but I mix it 1 part soap to 4 parts of distilled water and it works great in this dispenser. The result that comes out of the nozzle is foaming soap of the exact consistency I prefer. I mix up the soap in larger quantities and keep it in a jar until the dispenser needs a refill, but you can also mix the soap right in this dispenser's reservoir after you've removed said reservoir from the dispenser. The battery life has been good thus far - I haven't needed to charge it since I charged it upon unboxing, and I've refilled the soap twice in that time.If you, like me, have had bad luck with automatic soap dispensers in the past, I recommend giving this Secura dispenser a try! May it restore your faith in automatic soap dispensers as it did for me.Update from 2 years later: I have purchased two of these and both are still going strong! I'm ordering a third now. Still highly recommend!

Superb product and superb customer service
After trying several other dispensers, this one outshone them all. Dispenses your choice of 3 different quantities of foamy soap. Extremely easy to refill. The rechargeable battery is near the top with no chance of getting damp. Lasts really long on a charge. It just sits on the sink in a small bathroom with no issues. When, after a year and a half, , it mysteriously refused to work, I sent an email to Secura. Within hours, I received a reply from a real person and within a few days, a NEW dispenser arrived at my door. The product and customer service are unbeatable!! BUY THIS!!

So far, so good - somewhat low soap capacity, otherwise seems pretty good
I chose a foaming dispenser because it saves a lot on soap, since a large amount of pure liquid hand soap from a traditional dispenser just goes down the drain unused. The wetness of the foam also keeps you from having to wet your hands first (to avoid the soap sticking to your skin), which keeps the area around the dispenser drier and cleaner. Also, having an electronic dispenser keeps you from having to touch anything, which keeps everything clean and more sanitary, especially in a kitchen environment.I've only had it a couple weeks, but it works well so far. It foams very smoothly and effectively. With something thick like Softsoap, make sure that you water down the soap to roughly 1:4 or 1:5 soap to water. It doesn't have to be exact. Also make sure that you mix the soap/water in the reservoir very well (like with a spoon or something) before putting the top back on. You want it to be as uniform as possible, or you will not get a good foam and may damage the pump or clog the line.My only complaints so far are as follows:The reservoir is quite small. The foaming action makes it last longer than you'd expect, but it still runs out after about a week of use in my kitchen.Sometimes some of the foam kind of sticks to the outlet, and then drips off afterward. Not really a big deal, though. If you swipe your hand close to the outlet, it won't do this, but then you risk contaminating it with dirty hands. The 3 different dispenser quantity settings are not intuitive (white, blue, green? what?). The lowest setting is a bit too little soap, and the highest setting gives way too much. The middle is about right for most types of dirty hands. If you need more, you can get two pumps worth.Being motion-activated, my cats sometimes set it off if they get up on the counter. This isn't the dispenser's fault, but it's something to keep in mind if you get one.The battery is internal and not easy to replace, probably lithium-ion, and probably of middling quality. As a result, it will likely die before the pump does. If so, I hope that I will be able to take the dispenser apart and replace the battery some day. If it dies, and I can't fix it, I'm definitely not buying another one. I'd love to see a *quality* foaming pump that uses AA batteries or even 18650s. Consumer-level AA-powered soap pumps exist but are generally regarded as very poor quality.
