Q: I need for the car 0-15v.

This device provides regulated DC power from an AC home outlet at 30 Amps. The voltage is adjustable with a detent for 13.8 Volts.

Q: Can this be usee to power a car amplifier ?

Yes it can. We use it for testing car stereos and small motors for RC/drones. You can run pretty much anything that uses DC power. We sometimes use two of them to simulate a vehicle with two car batteries.

Q: Does "linear output" mean this is linear (not switching) power supply ?

I purchased this and didn't open or use it for about 5 weeks while preparing the project I bought it for. It worked one time for a few minutes in a test. After that it failed completely. Could not return or exchange. Beware.
