Q: Does this contain any waxes?

No waxes are listed on the container. In my experience, buffing after application leaves a faint shine. The product is very "runny" and absorbed quickly. Any waxes present would be very insignificant.

Q: Does this work to remove old water spots?

I'm not sure but when I used it the boot did get darker so it kinda covers it up

Q: Can i use this to clean my boots before dyeing them?

This will clean dirt. If there is a finish on the leather (probably does), then you need to strip it with Fiebing's Deglazer before dyeing.
