Q: Will this operate correctly for very low pressures, such as 0.5 psi?

It will most likely work better for lower pressures than high pressures. With that said, I operate mine with approx 20 psi, and it fails to cycle without a little help at first. I'm guessing poor machining, improper tolerances, or poor choice of seal material.

Q: Can this be normally closed and open when energized?

BA says here this is "normally closed", yet the description says "normally open". Though the diagram seems to show that P-->A is NC. They replied to my own question with off-topic nonsense about port AB and B, when this unit has P, R and A. So they seem to confuse this unit with a 5-port one.

Q: Nc or no? "【product name】 (normally open) " does not match the diagram on the product body.

The port on the side by itself is the common port. Think of it as "AB". The ports on the opposite side are as follows: the port closest to the solenoid is "A", and is normally open (NO). The port furthest away from the solenoid is "B", and is normally closed (NC).

Q: Why are there 2 power source? Does the valve spring open when power is cut or does it require 2 separate 12v one to open and one to close?

There's is only a single power source, which pulls the valve plunger towards the solenoid, opening the common port to the port furthest from the solenoid. When power is released, the plunger is moved by spring energy away from the solenoid to open the path from the common port to the port closest to the solenoid.
