Q: Can I layer serum 6 with either a vitamin c or retinol?

Probably not with retinol since there's niacinamide

Q: Is this supposed to be a very watery and runny? I'm used to a serum typically being a bit thicker I just want to check if what I got was right?

Yes it is watery. I like it because it’s natural made out of glacier water and hydrating.

Q: How many times a week should I use this product?

You can use it as many times as you want! You can put 1 layer both day and night but at night if you want extra hydration, try 2-3 layers! :)

Q: Would I use this before no 3 or after?

Not sure if you are referring to the number 3 toner or serum. If the toner then I would say serum 6 after the toner.
