Yes, pump dispenser built in and bottle can be twisted close for travel/transport

Q: how does the bottle work? Can't get the remover out of the container.

I’m not happy with it. The top doesn’t release the remover good and it leaks when it is turned right side up. Try turning the container upside down and rub it on the nail with pressure. Make sure you have a cloth for when the remover releases. Good luck
