Classy appearance, different for normal shopping carts
Appearance is good. The frame is sturdy. But the cloth used for the appears not durable. It should have been of a better quality. This is one of the costliest item in the shopping carts category, hence expected a better quality product. Packing needs lot of improvement. Complete bubble wrap or complete corrugated sheet is advised.

Good Product, but Little expensive as compared to qualityVery light weight and sturdy which makes it comfortable to use.once it is loaded completely, then it is not comfortable to slide down and walk with in this condition.It would be plus point, if it could have four rotating tires.My mom having golfer elbow, shoulder pain, she can't bring things by herself. I am also not able to help.

I didn't receive warranty card and any warrnty policy with this item

Product packaging and labelling is poor
The product is good and the frame is Alluminium this requires proper labelling on the package which was missing and found 2 dents though minor on the frame. There is no labelling stating handle with care and poor handling by the delivery company.

Sellers try to push defective pieces through online platforms
The product had been kept packed and under weigts for many days/months. It had puncture marks on the handle grips. Please check the uploaded pics.
