Poor product, terrible customer service in the UAE.
For an item that is this cost, the build quality is very poor. The belt broke within the space of a month and a half and I'm hardly a marathon runner. The customer service in the UAE was just awful. They said they needed a new belt - which they claimed would take over a month to arrive in the country. I mean for the price you pay for the item it seems crazy it would take that long. For the sake of your sanity, it's worth just paying a little bit more to get a brand that is well known and has adequate support and good service in the country. I'll never buy another PowerMax product again.
