I work in healthcare and sometimes you need a little relief from the smells of the world. I wore my ring under my mask since I’m still not used to the feel of it and it gives me booger anxiety. But it made it so the unfavorable smell was masked. I don’t like to use chest rub since it opens the sinuses and makes it worse in the long run. So this is definitely a win in my book. They shipped out super fast so the wait wasn’t long before the relief

This is my third purchase from the small company that makes these Essence nasal diffusers and it definitely won't be my last! These little silicone nose rings are very tiny, comfortable, stay in your nose (even overnight!), and you can reuse them up to 30 times if you refresh them with more oil which you can purchase from their website (I have) or use your own plus a carrier oil. I suffer with migraine and I have found these nasal diffusers to help during an episode, particularly the "nausea" scented one, which was also great for nasal congestion while trying to sleep as well. I've purchased many of their scents to find the ones that are right for me. The only one I wasn't a big fan of was the lavender as it smelled too strong to me.In this most recent order, I was gifted with a lemon and an orange ring free of charge which I found to be super kind.

I am not someone who is used to wear the nose rings, but I do like them. They help with bad smells. Comfortable too!!

I have had bad sinuses all my life. This product is amazing. Within 5 minutes my sinuses cleard and I could breath. Be shure that you order an essence oil to rechare your essense nose ring. Great product.

Omg I found this by accident but , I am so glad I did. They are wonderful. Relaxing. I definitely will be getting more

I was so looking forward to this product, but as it turns out, for me it is not worth the money.The ring is so small and I have a wider nose, so, the fit was way off. Also, because of this the smell was limited.The worst part was when I sneezed in the movies and it was gone forever.If it came in different sizes and not just the mini, I would have rated it higher.

Smells really good, nice soft silicone material but I wish it came in a smaller size or was a bit more structured rather than so flexible. I got the allergy one and I feel like one good sneeze would send the ring flying
