Q: Anyone else had a problem w/ replacement heads becoming increasingly more loose after about a month? I've had 2 sets of 2 and they all did this.

Well this is a first Danielle. As the customer service representative for Triple Bristle we get all kinds of calls about our product. The one we do get from time to time is the head is hard to remove not that it is loose. We find that toothpaste does build up and if the head is not removed and the pin not cleaned it can get dried and built up residue. Maybe it has to do with the type of toothpaste you are using ( gels especially) and if you are not cleaning your unit. My recommendation to you is to clean the pin with a mild brush and see if that helps. If the problem still persists please contact us through the Amazon system and we will send out a new handle to you when we receive your old one back. Q: what's the difference between red and blue?

The "red" and "blue" simply designate different brush heads. This is to accommodate a household where TWO people are using the same sonic toothbrush they can each attach their own personal brush head before use.

Q: will this fit the kids base?

This brush hurts and is painful to use. Waste of money

Q: why can’t I get my replacement head on all the way?? Is their a special way with these new replacements?
