Q: Received today, working out just fine, one problem its missing the plastic strip that covers the terminal strip

Just make sure nothing can contact the terminals, IT will not affect device performance. DEFINITELY keep away from children with uncovered terminals.

Q: Will this work for the Tevo Tornado 3d Printer?

Hi, I am uncertain of the power requirements for the Tevo unit, as the product sheet I read for it calls for 220 volts and 250 watts. If this is correct then the LRS-150-24 would not work.

Q: What position should the switch be on for 115v. It displays 230V written, does that mean it is on 230V or 115v?

That means it is on 230v. Move the switch so it shows 115v. The bonus is that if you under-volt the supply it just wont turn on.
