Great wood chips really infused my smoked pork ribs.

Great on a gas barbi
I usually use charcoal only but for convenience went over to a combi - these cherry flakes work really well in the small smoke box I have. You can certainly smell the wood charring

Decent quality smoking chips, but pricey as it appears that since smoking food has become more popular in the UK people have been jacking up the prices and smoking chips appear to be one of the victims of this.
