There’s a huge difference between 2700k and 2200k color temperature when it comes to outdoor string lights. 2200k gives off a warm orange glow that’s great at night outside. 2700k will be slightly yellow but give off a faint blueish glow and in my opinion, looks awful at night. All solar string lights I’ve seen have 2700k bulbs. These were the first I’ve seen that are solar compatible but are 2200k. So I bought a pack and replaced some lights above my front door with these. I was concerned they weren’t going to be compatible with solar, but they work great and give off a much warmer feel than the previous lights. Make sure you don’t try these in a corded string light set as they will likely pop immediately. Super happy with this purchase.

These are great! I purchased to replace the glass bulbs in an existing strand that unfortunately came crashing down and shattered most of the bulbs. These are not glass, but you wouldn't know the difference. They fit perfectly and there is no difference in comparison to the glass bulbs as far as color. They provide a warm glow and feeling to our patio or parties!

These light bulbs are difficult to find in brick and mortar stores so I was pleasantly surprised to find them in multiples on Amazon. I will use them to replace burnt out string lights in our backyard versus having to purchase new strings of lights.

These patio replacement lights are better than the original lights that came with the strings. I saw that these were Amazon recommended, so I thought I’d give them a try. Boy am I amazed! Not only are they LED, but they are brighter than the originals. The best thing about them is that they last much longer than incandescent lights. Even though the winter at temperatures below zero! We use these every day to light our patio and have replaced the incandescent lights with these LED’s as the incandescent lights quit working. Within six months all the incandescent lights quit working. Since replacing with these LED lights we have only had to replace one light due to it burning dim. All the other LED’s are still shining bright right through winter! These replacement LED lights are fantastic! Don’t pass them up!
