Q: What is the actual dimension of this product. Is it really only 6x4?

In the description of the product, the dimensions of the sheets themselves are listed as 50mm x 70mm.

Q: Does the tissue come folded or rolled?

It comes folded the 2x I've ordered it. It's been a little while (over a year?) so maybe it's packaged differently now. Even though there are creases, I wet and stain the paper with paint, and all the creases disappear right away.

Q: Is this biodegradable?

It is designed to resist liquids. It hen dries hard which is what you want if your artwork is to last into the future.

Q: Is this synthetic or natural fiber?

There is nothing on the package that would fully answer your question. However it is water resistant that is why s0 many different products can be applied to it. I have found this paper very adaptable to variety of liquides.
