Apple iPad Pro
I have purchased an iPad new and this refurbished one works and looks just the same for half the price! It is perfect for my needs for my business and I use it frequently- no problems yet.

defective iPad
The media could not be loaded. I bought this as a gift for my parents during the holidays. They were not able to use it since they couldnt figure out how to turn it on. They live in a different state unfortunately couldnt bring it to me right away. I plugged it into my Mac for the very first time to activate the device come to find out the iPad was received damaged - the screen would not turn on and after 10 mins it would flicker in and out. I reached out to MFG and they would not help with return even though the device was never opened. The note on this was the device was in prestige condition.

Refurbished model is not perfect, but a good value
I purchased a refurbished model at a significant discount. It does have a couple of non-working pixels, but they’re minor and barely noticeable — a small tradeoff for saving over 40%. Definitely worth it.

Don't be afraid of renewed!
Excellent purchase I was skeptical of renewed, but works great, have had no issues thus far. Fast, easy to use, plenty of apps.

Great big iPad for the price. Very satisfied, no problems whatsoever.

Refurbished IPAD
Bought for our daughter who is an att and video/photo student. She has been 100% satisfied with this IPAD. Company contact and customer service has also been wonderful. Very pleased and would certainly go back to this store for additional items in the future.
