Q: Is the platform slip resistant for glass at higher rpm's?

Hello, The platform is with frosted side and have some slip resistant function , most of the customer use this magnetic stirrer with the glass beaker , we test it with the max speed and max volume water, the glass beaker is very stable . Q: I would like to use with resin would this work? Some are very thick

The magnetic stirrer could stir low viscosity liquid, so it is not suitable to use with resin which is thick. The overhead stirrer could stir high viscosity liquid. We suggest you to try this machine for thick liquid. ONiLAB

Q: It states 110-220 for voltage. Will I be shipped the corresponding plug for my country? I require 220 volt AU plug standard.

We are sorry that this machine is only equiped with US plus. We will lanuch the AU version machine on Australia amazon about two months later.

Q: will this spin a 2" bar in agar mason jar?

We suggest you to use the bar less than 1.6inch(4cm), 2 inch(5cm) length bar is a little big for this square magnetic stirrer. We include 8pcs of stir bars for customer's selection for different size containers. For the bar, it is better to have a thin and flat bottom for smooth spining of the bar.
