Q: Does anyone know if you can get replacement seals for this?

I've just looked at mine and the seal is an elastic band. If you could find some of that depth and thickness, it should be ok. If not - elastic bands are always useful.

I wouldn't personally use it for fizzy drinks as the gas makes it expload from the sip hole xx

No it doesn't well not my car. Bottom too round. But I do like the cup nice size and feels comfortable. Much admired too.
