5 Stars! Worked perfectly in my chocolate shop
We used this gold dust in our chocolate store and it works like a charm. I was a little nervous, but no need to be nervous. it worked great. I'll be ordering more in more colors if available! One thing to note... and this is not a criticism, just an observation. The container is much smaller than it appears. It's about the diameter of a silver dollar. The good news is that a little bit of this stuff goes a longggg way. You really don't need much to make anything shine. In fact, I'd recommend starting with just a little bit at first. Get a good dusting brush and brush it all over. If you need more, you can always add more... but definitely start small. This stuff goes a long way. Also wanted to mention that this is a true gold and not yellow like some of the other lower-priced products out there. I've tried a few others to save a buck, but I keep coming back to this one. It seems to stick better and the gold is a true gold. Thanks for the great product! I'll be buying more for sure!

A small amount goes a long way!
The media could not be loaded. I used this for a glitter champagne drink and it was awesome! I was worried that I wouldn't have enough so ended up buying two of these, but in hindsight I only needed 1 because a small amount of the glitter goes a long way. I added less than 1 tsp to 250ml of elderflower syrup (see video) and it was enough! The diameter of the container is about a quarter.

Loved it
This was my first time using gold lustre dust and I loved it. Has great coverage - i used it on american buttercream and fondant as a paint. Mixed with water for the buttercream, and used as is as well as mixed with vodka for the fondant and all 3 worked well. By itself it worked okay on fondant but in preferred the coverage when mixed it vodka, it is way more even and thicker. It took me a little practice to get the amount of liquid to add to get it to the right consistency, but that's my lack of experience. Nothing wrong with the product. Also you need extremely little. Sp goes a long way.The gold is shiny gold bit more yellowish and not antique. In case anyone wanted to know.Overall good product, will order other dusts when I need them.

Looks nice
This seemed to work ok. I first tested it out using it wet, mixing it with a flavor extract, but then decided to use it dry. I preferred the dry application over wet. I also colored my gum paste a golden color so the luster dust would have a better chance of covering if that makes sense. I'm not sure how it would look over white fondant/ gum paste. In my first picture you can see where I was applying it and the area that's hasn't been covered yet. The next picture is the crown completed and the last picture is the crown on the cake. I guess my only con is the price. Seems high for 4 grams, but it is what it is and I needed it. I'm happy that I didn't have to leave my house and you can't beat Amazon prime.

Worked like a charm!
This was perfect for the unicorn cake I tried to homemake during quarantine! It was very shimmery. I mixed it with just a tiny bit of whiskey (vodka is best for this but it’s what I had) and painted it over fondant & it turned out great! Be careful not to add too much liquid, though, as it only needs the slightest bit. Any more & it will be sheer, which might be good for other projects!

A little goes a long way
This is great! I used it to make Felix Felicis potion for a Harry Potter brunch (just water and gold dust). I also put some in pancake syrup and gave it a dope look. Then I put some in our mimosas. I had a VERY glittery brunch. It's such a tiny container, but I have so much left over. I think it will last FOREVER.

Also didn't stick to the white chockafe like I would have liked
I don't know if I used the product wrong but it didn't work to well for me. I mixed it with vodka and it clumped and dried fast. Also didn't stick to the white chockafe like I would have liked. Noticed when I rubbed the clumps out with a damp paper towel the top of cake looked more finish. I will probably use lemon juice next time.

Beautiful!
I use this edible gold dust to decorate my signature black coffee and dark chocolate macarons. I add just a couple drops of water to a tiny dish of luster dust, and use a pastry brush to swipe across the cooled shells. So perfect and lovely! There is no detectable flavor at all, and each little jar lasts a long time.
