Super fun game, good quality, highly recommend!
We love this game! Easy to learn, challenges the mind but not overly frustrating, mad very fun! Different every time the game is played. Love the graphics on this version, the ocean theme is fun (and I prefer it over the wizards etc of the original game), and I like that this version has an alternate/extra way to play. We are excited to learn the alternate version, but are having too much fun playing the usual way at the moment! The only negative is that the colors and pictures are really busy looking initially- they are beautifully done but it takes a little getting used to. Very minor down side in my opinion, once you get used to it, it makes things more fun!

PUZZLE TIME!
A wonderful way to include the entire family!!! This great puzzle was so beautiful to put together and the final picture was breathtaking. A great activity leading up to 'Beach Week' as well as memorializing it after!! ENJOY

Beautiful, Fun, and Strategic
So much fun! Beautiful game! Game board changes with each move so it never is the same and does not get old. Both my boys are identified as gifted learners and we struggle with finding games that are fun, challenging, age appropriate and not too complicated. This game is a must have! Played with my 12 and 10 year old boys and they love it!! Why didn't we get this game sooner? So happy we got it! Definitely a keeper and I will be buying this game for my nieces and nephews. Check out Ravensburger games...they are high quality and really smart fun!

Fun and Thinking A strategy family game....
This game an be played in many ways. As my 9 year old grandson says - lets play cutthroat! - no one knows where you are headed! My 6 year old granddaughter plays collaboratively - we all help each other find the way - and cheer as we go - the rules are clear, the pictures are beautiful, clear and fun to learn about sea animals. (there are at least three versions - we have the original and the Ocean versions. This is a game of strategy and problem solving. kind of like a paper version of pipes if you play that game on your phone or computer. The idea is to look at your card and figure out how to manipulate the one piece you have to move others into a pathway that you can maneuver to your destination.I bought the original version over 25 years ago and played with my son - now we have two versions it is my grandchildren (6-15 years) favorite game - 4 players can play - 8 if you work in teams - lots of laughter at our table.

Family Fun
My 7 year old son loved playing this game as a family. It was really easy to figure out but lots of strategy that keeps even adults engaged. I liked this particular theme the best - the ocean one. No magic in it or weird monsters just natural things you would find in the sea and a shipwreck, sub, and diving gear.

Great Game, Almost Perfect
It's very fun and easy to learn.Just slide columns and rows, collect the treasures you draw in order. The only trouble is sometimes the tiles seem to get stuck when they shouldn't, so it can be a challenge to move them smoothly.Otherwise, great game!

Excellent family game
I eyed this game in all of it's versions for quite a while, enamored with the game mechanics. When it went on sale as deal of the day, I finally bit the bullet and bought it. I'm so glad I did. My kid (5) has asked to play it every day at least once. He's a huge fan of maze puzzles in books. My eldest (9) enjoys it but doesn't ask for it The same way. The whole family enjoys it together, which is huge.I'm also very happy with my choice of the ocean theme. The others just wouldn't have had the same impact on our family. The board and tiles are high quality and bright. The cards are susceptible to damage in anxious little hands so it might be good to laminate if you can.

Still the best game for families
I had the original version of this game as a kid, and bought the new ocean version for my daughter. It was my favorite childhood game and is quickly becoming hers. She's ten but younger children will understand the game play also,as there's no reading required. Takes three minutes to learn and is different every time. Good quality, worth the money. Fun for family game night because the shifting tiles let you move your own piece and destroy someone's path as you move. This creates some very competitive game play and is more strategy than chance. My husband and I love to play this as much as our daughter. It's the game we always hope she chooses.
