Q: Can socks be worn during the night after applying cream.

Yes. I have and I actually think it works best that way. I put this on when I get out of the shower I’m the morning and put socks on. My feet now look amazing. I have a thyroid condition which have caused my feet to dry and they look and feel terrific since using this cream a few times a week.

Q: can you use revitaderm 40 on face

Usually this type of cream is sold by a podiatrist. There are so many creams recommended by dermatologist for your face to help with dryness etc., or visit your local Ulta store. Ulta sells dermatology quality creams or even less priced brands to help with the face.

Q: Can this be used on knees as well?

Yes, I believe it would work just as well on the knees. It is for callous' so I am sure it would work on knees too.
