No. I wear a M so I ordered a small.

I sent it back because I did not need it and I never wore it but no it was not transparent. I was going to do flu shot clinics then I thought no I don’t want to lol and I returned it. I think you’ll be pleased with the dickies is a brand that I bought for years and I’ve got other scrub jackets in my closet from them. Very high-quality I feel. I hope that helps!
