Q: How long is the manufactuer's warranty?

The owners manual says it’s a limited 1 year warranty. It basically only covers it if it becomes defective or malfunctions and they will use their discretion as to whether they repair or replace it.

Q: How do I activate the 3 months of piano lessons, my purchase did not include any details? I see others have asked this question but I wanted answer

Q: Does this keyboard have a key transpose feature?

Yes it does. I've never used it so I can't tell you how to use it. You can always search for it on YouTube.... that's how I've learned my way around on my E273. The Yamaha user manual sucks!

Sound quality is good but one key doesn't work after 7 days....Package was bad....received the item because of Amazon but retailer sent me defected item....my first bad experience in online shopping

No adaptor - twice

Ordered once , received without adaptor . Sent back. Ordered another unit which specifically mentioned with adaptor on the title of product and still unit has come without adaptor . Such a shame . Absolutely disgusting
