Hello,This product does not contain Vitamin D. We have included a list of the ingredients below.Calcium(from 80% Carbonate, 10% Citrate, 10% Amino Acid Chelate) 1.0 g (1,000 mg) Magnesium(from 80% Oxide, 10% Citrate, 10% Amino Acid Chelate) 500 mg Other ingredients: Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Croscarmellose Sodium, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Vegetable Coating.

Q: How large are the tablets? Do they split cleanly or crumble?

Amazon has a bad habit of combining comments and questions for several forms of a product.I found the tablets too large to swallow. I switched to a long tablet of calcium, and magnesium separately. Sundown Naturals 600 mg calcium plus vitamin D (that's 600 mg calcium PER TABLET) and Sundown Naturals Magnesium 250 mg make a good combination for me, and both are available on Amazon. They also make a 500 mg Magnesium which I just ordered; I haven't opened it yet, but it's clear that they are larger than the 250mg, but not too large.

I apologize for not answering sooner; your request got hidden with all the other Amazon emails. Here is what the label says: "Calcium: 1 gram (1000mg) from calcium carbonate, calcium citrate, calcium ascorbate. Magnesium: 500 mg from mg oxide, mg citrate, mg ascorbate. I have been using this product for several years. It does not cause stomach upsets or constipation like some other preparations. I hope this helps.
