These are round. But also search for: "foam Pad 2-Inch ear cover for philips sony headphone 3prSold by: SoftRound (USA Seller) ". I believe those are oval. I bought both of those options.

Q: Does this item fit the blue parrot B250xt ?

It looks like it might but I am not sure how comfortable it would be. If the ear piece is smaller than 2 and a half then these would be way too loose. The ear pieces on my headphones are oval shaped and approximately 2 and a half inches by 2 inches. Theses pads are a tad loose but not so loose as to be a problem.

The info I can find for that headset says it uses 1.5 inch pads. These are just over 2.5 inches (64mm is equal to 2.51968504 inches). If the size of the headset is correct then, no, these would not work.

The ear pads you need for the Sony MDR IF245R are 60 mm. These pads you are asking about are 64 mm, so they are not the right size. However, the pads you need are part number 4-429-282-01 and can be bought here https://sony.encompass.com/item/9451337/Sony/4-429-282-01/Padear. You may find them cheaper on another site but at least you can get the pads on the website I listed.
