Q: Some (stingier) airlines have a 22" length limit. At 23.5" length this is listed at, has anyone had issues at airline screening (Delta, American)?

Is only an issue if the clerk at baggage check-in has the bag physically placed in a metal rack to check dimensions. Then it doesn't fit and has to be checked.

Q: Full warranty from this seller?

Warranty is through the manufacture not the distributor. Although, we are an authorized repair shop for Briggs & Riley and most other lines we carry.
