How many days until you saw your results when you first start taking it ?

The time it takes to see results depends on your sensitivity and how blocked up you are. If you're very sensitive to herbs and supplements, you'll see in the reviews that some people see results with just one capsule or that first night and they're going well and easily, that's all they need. For others that are really blocked up, you'll need more days to build up to the dosage that works for your gut.

Just follow the directions on the side of the bottle that state to "increase by one capsule every day until you get to the amount that works for you." Don't be afraid to take what you need. If you're on day 3 or 4 and you're not seeing as much results as you want, then you need to continue increasing - your gut needs more to get the blockage out. Don't stop! Continue increasing until you get to the dosage that works for you.

Once you get that initial blockage out, you'll notice that it gets a lot easier to go to the bathroom and you'll be able to lower the daily dosage to a more conservative amount. The trick is finding the dosage that works for your body to get that initial blockage out.

Things that you can do to assist all of this are:
1) Drink more water. Drink at least 10 cups of pure water every day. That's the lubrication for our intestines.
2) Eat more fruits and vegetables. They have fiber in them which helps waste move along more easily.
3) Do at least 30 minutes of walking our exercising every day. Get the body moving. This loosens up the organs and helps them function more effectively.

Is Colon Magic recommended for use in enemas?

Yes, you can use Colon Magic while doing enemas and/or colon hydrotherapy (colonics). We do recommend using this with them to help the body internally - the herbs in Colon Magic will help stimulate the natural wave-like motion of the colon (peristalsis) to help loosen up the hard, impacted waste material in the intestines and help push it out. This will give you a deeper cleansing enema/colonic and will only enhance it.
