Q: I have a above ground pool with vinyl lining. If i use this will it discolor the lining or bleach it?

No it will not. I have the same and it works good. I use a brush or wash cloth. Only time I’ve caused discoloration on the vinyl liner was using a magic eraser.

Q: Will this work to clean plastic coping on a vinyl in-ground?

I don’t know why it wouldn’t. I use it with a magic eraser.

Q: does this have to be rinsed

No, although it will have "low suds" effect, you do not need to rinse. your pool water will rinse it for you.

Q: Can this be used on water line while pool still has water in it?

I did. There were not any ill effects to the water chemistry. It is a good vinyl cleaner but I would probably not call it "Super".
