This product has helped immensely with reducing sweat! I use to take a shower and then immediately start sweating after doing a simple activity like walking up/down stairs or just walking short distances. Any type of movement and my body would sweat profusely. Especially my back. Now I sweat normally only after doing intensive activities like working out or running/walking great distances. These supplements have made a great impact on my life and most importantly IT’S ALL NATURAL! All the other products I looked into had all sorts of chemicals that are toxic to the body and prevent you from sweating for 1-2 weeks which is not natural! KEEP AWAY FROM THESE PRODUCTS! I was hoping this would work and had finished almost all of the bottle when I realized that the only thing that had changed was that I was tired all the time. Not just like kind of tired, I was bone tired! I felt so rundown. I started looking up all of the ingredients individually and discovered that many of them have the tired and fatigued side effect. I stopped taking it and felt so much better and had so much more energy. I know everything effects everyone different, but man, that was bad!

I began taking these pills (one in the morning and one at night) and began seeing a decrease in my hyperhidrosis. My hands go longer without sweating and don't sweat as much as usual. I haven't noticed any side effects but I do notice missing a pill will cause the sweating to go back up. The immediate smell when you open the bottle isn't that great and you can taste that smell after swallowing the pill, especially if you burp. The pills have to be taken with food though so your meal will override that taste. The pills are quite large too but these are things I can deal with if it means my hands won't be dripping 24/7. I definitely think this product is worth testing out if you're like me and have tried many different treatments. This has been the cheapest and most successful of everything I've tried. Good luck!

I bought my first bottle in April and just ordered my 2nd one, which arrived today. Love it! I have been suffering from hyperhidrosis for year and have chronic hot flashes all day and night. This product has helped greatly. I have way fewer hot flashes during the day and night and the intensity is greatly reduced. I wasn't sure how it helped my sweating overall, but yesterday it was 80 degrees and I did 8 hours of non-stop yard work and didn't sweat through all my clothes. Or have to walk around with a sweat towel. This is the first product review I have ever written. The only reason it's not 5 stars is due to the price.

Taking two capsules a day for a month, these did absolutely nothing to reduce my sweating issues. I attempted to return them for a refund, but missed the deadline by 2 days. I had purchased them to relieve night sweats, but there was no improvement whatsoever. In addition, the cost for this product is quite high. Many supplements work for some people, but not for others. Based on the many positive reviews, I guess I was one of the unlucky ones.

This works and will be one of my staple supplements in my cabinet! I am on my 3rd bottle. It's not a miracle capsule but it will give you an advantage and help just before events that cause excessive sweating. Key is to take it at least a half hour prior to an event. Sometimes when I'm feeling warm and I think the sweat is coming I take it and it is effective quickly. If I am going to have a long day I split the daily dose and take in morning and later on.. A friend of mine uses it for hot flashes and she says it's a HUGE game changer. I highly recommend for anyone with hyperhydrosis or having hot flashes.

I took two of these pills a day as recommended and had high hopesafter reading several positive reviews. But for me, it did nothing.I still sweated as bad as I did before taking this product.There were also negative side effects. This stuff made mevery tired. I found I could only take it in the eveningotherwise If I took it in the morning or duringthe day, I would find myself feeling very tired allday. Even when taking it in the evening,I would wake up feeling lethargic with a sortof brain fog one gets when taking certainsleeping aids. I also noticed that my musclesached more then usual. We are all different soothers may get a benefit from this product. I justwanted to mention that for some of us this productdoes not work and that it produced the above mentionedside effects.
