It's an Ford OEM filter
This seems legit. It fits and it seems to work. FYI - I have a bypass filter also installed but this is the main filter and I have had no issues thus far with this seller.

A must for a 6.0 Powerstroke
I’ve owned my 6.0 for 16 years, and have never used any other oil filter. Very good quality, with good price. Filter came a day earlier than expected. It’s very important to use only MotorCraft oil filter, in you 6.0.

OME fit
I don’t know why the page shows this doesn’t fit my 03 6.0. The Motorcraft product number is the same as over the counter from the Ford dealership. Work great.
