Q: I have pockets behind my last molars where my wisdom teeth would be they swell up and are hard to get into. Any ideas what to use for a irrigator?

I also have this same problem and I purchased a Jetpik here on Amazon and it does a phenomenal job in getting in to that area of gum and getting it cleaned out. The Jetpik has an actual piece of floss that comes out with each pulse of water, which clears areas like this out, as well as any gum pockets you may have. It cleans between teeth and also under the gum line, and there is just nothing else like it on the market. I am so excited about finding this product because of what it has done for my own gum and teeth health. I found a youtube video on the Jetpik which was also helpful. Although it has been a while since you asked this question, I hope it is still of use to you and also to others who might be reading this.

Q: Is this similar to closys or acclean?

I have used Dental Herb Company products for years and have liked them. However, I continued to have bad taste in my mouth. Recently, I started using Clo Sys since my new dentist uses it, and I was amazed with how effecitve this product is. Clo Sys is the only mouth wash that truly helped me with my problem.

Q: How is this product used? Just rinse your mouth? Is it necessary to use waterpik?

This is an excellent product for keeping your gums healthy along with regular dental office cleaning. Being in my mid-60's, I want good dental health. This product made a huge difference in my gums condition as reported by my dentist when used daily using a cupful in the water in my waterpik. I am recommending this product highly.

Q: 2 low star reviews say it stains teeth. Can someone who rated it higher answer to whether it stains or not?

I used this a lot. I am on my second bottle and never had a problem with staining. I f anything it made my teeth whiter.
