Q: How the heck do you raise the center part? It's so tight it sounds like it's going to break. Nothing in instructions.

The black knob should loosen with a half turn to the left... It should not be so hard to accomplish, and the center pipe raises up and down. To adjust the spray angle the nozzle head clicks up and down which is a tight click. I hope this helps.

Q: Love the sprinkler !! But my dog ate the sprinkler/mister head .. Can I purchase just the sprinkler that attaches to the tripod ??
