How's the suction intensity ?

There is no suction this spins around to break up the cellulite bumps. It does work if you add a work out and diet regimen and use it regularly the main attachment is the one that you’d use buying the entire kit was a waste of money as I have never used the other attachments. But this isn’t going to rid you of cellulite unless you add in the workout. This is just meant to break up the cellulite right under your skin so your body can absorb it easier. Hope this helps. A cellulite cream isn’t a bad idea either as this works better when you have a cream on your thighs so it can spin faster.

what are all the different attachments for?  Aside from the dry brush (which I do manually), I'm not understanding the price difference.

Can this be used on face and neck areas?

The added attachments could be used on face and neck but I don’t think they would be as effective as the main attachment and that would be really ruff on those parts of the body
