Q: Does this have the ability to connect without using the usb receiver?

Sorry no. It definitely uses a reciever. The only bluetooth controller that I know is just bluetooth would be an "8bitdo" controller. Quite expensive tho.

Q: Does it work with windows 10? i wanna use it to play tomb raider 2.

I have never used it with Windows 10.

Exactly what have you tried? I know the usb wireless connector dongle needs to be inserted into a PC, or Android device etc. And than that device, needs to be connected to your TV. I don't think the controller should be connected to your TV to be honest, at least not directly.

Q: Does this controller have motion control capability, like an original PS3 controller would?

Short answer is no, it also does not have a switch or button for the analogue settings. It works well as a basic controller otherwise.
