Q: What the diference soft and ultrasoft

The way our toothbrushes are created based on the number of "filaments" bristles - will change the firmness of the brush. 1560 - the bristles are larger in diameter so there are fewer of them needed to fill the space, thus making it still soft, but not as soft as the 3960. 3960 - has more bristles and the diameter of the bristle is smaller once again, so we need more of them to fill the same space, making it "super soft" 5460 - more bristles, smaller diameter bristle making this brush "Ultra soft."

Q: Is curen synthetic or natural? is it suitable for vegans?

It's synthetic, but not nylon. They use a filament made of Curen, a proprietary, registered synthetic substance. You can email them if you need further assurance about this.

Softest toothbrush I've ever used, lots of dentists recommend these brushes for people with sensitive teeth. Bristles are on the thinner side but tightly packed. Bristles become worn after a steady 4-6 months of using twice daily which seems to be the standard.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), you should replace a manual toothbrush every three to four months.
