Q: Does the bag have any rigidity to it or is is completely without frame? Also, can dividers be added (with velcro?) to make compartments inside?

The bag has no built in rigidity. Must have been stuffed full to make the promo photo. Received mine a few days ago and am very pleased that it has ample capacity to hold 2-3 light stands and umbrellas as well as 1-2 flash heads AND I can pack my camera with lens a small camera bag within and have all required gear in one bag for a simple shoot. I am currently cut-fitting light weight panels of Brock Paver Base rigid foam panels ( available from Home Depot) to make dividers to keep the gear separate. Stitching in velcro divider panels would be a good way to go as well. Modest amount of padding built in to all sides. Zipper is of modest quality - not heavy duty. For the price - I suggest buy it and try it and make it work for you.

Q: will this hold a celestron 6se tripod?

I own an 8SE and the tripod does fit. I use this for a different tripod but, yes, it will work.

Q: Will it carry the 14" diameter ring light?

It may be an awkward fit but I couldn't say it would fit with any certainty. It's design is roomy, but more geared towards light stands and accessories.

Q: How many stands does this hold?

I have four light stands (6' to 7' height) one mini stand, two reflector arms, and two 32" reflectors in the bag. If your light kit is light this bag will work however if not too expensive for yourself, go for the one that has wheels. The shoulder strap on this bag is too slippery. It has extended itself while on my shoulder rather annoying when wrangling other bags in hand.
