Hi, it's bamboo diaper insert, not contain soy.

Q: Can I use these to protect my diapers when using diaper rash ointment? (I use a mix of coconut and olive oils infused with herbs)

Kind of. It will create a large barrier but its not fluid proof. We used coconut oil at every change and have found the best thing is to basically strip our diapers at every wash. It prevents build up & in the last 7 years/ 4 kids we have seen 3 rashes. 1st cycle Hot water wash + full scoop reg tide to get body waste out 2nd cycle Hot water wash + 2 tbsp blue dawn to get tide + remaining waste out 3rd cycle Cold water wash no soaps added to clear out soaps. We do this every wash & have found it better than waiting to see a rash or smell the skunk to strip.
